Home Services MN ("we", "us") is an online directory and lead platform that connects Minnesota and western-Wisconsin homeowners with local contractors and service professionals. We do not perform any home-improvement work ourselves.

You must be at least 18 to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up — false business names, addresses, or licensing info are grounds for removal.

Posting a job, requesting a quote, or contacting a contractor through the site is free. You're responsible for vetting any contractor before hiring, signing a written agreement directly with them, and paying them directly. We are not a party to your contract.

• You must hold any license required for your trade in the state where you work and keep current liability insurance.
• Only contractors who have uploaded current proof of insurance and been verified by Home Services MN receive the Verified Insurance badge and appear in homeowner search results.
• You are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the work you perform and for honoring any quotes, warranties, or guarantees you give.
• Do not contact homeowners outside the scope of the job they requested, send unsolicited marketing, or attempt to take communication off-platform to avoid reviews or our policies.

Reviews must be honest and based on a real experience. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display content you submit (reviews, photos, business details) on the site. We may remove content that is abusive, defamatory, off-topic, or violates these terms.

Don't use the site to harass, scam, scrape data at scale, post illegal services, or misrepresent your identity or qualifications. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.

The site is provided "as is". Listings, badges, and reviews are informational — they are not a guarantee of any contractor's work, pricing, or availability. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages arising from work performed by a contractor you found through the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
